With over two decades of experience, Dr. Naydeen González-De Jesús continues to champion student success and workforce development. During her time at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), her leadership earned national recognition for transformative initiatives, including the Equity Transfer Initiative and Project Graduation. Her innovative approach has consistently placed institutions she leads at the forefront of community college success.
